History:
Romilda was born the only child to Larry and Alison Vane on a warm spring day about fourteen years ago. Being the protect of two people who tried for years for a child, but never was able to obtain one until then, when she was brought into the world Romilda was both a blessing and a joy to her older parents. To them, she was just perfect and seeing as such was lavished upon adoringly from an early age.
Seeing as she was their only child, Romilda was taught at a very early age to be decided and serious. To never take anything for granted and to never give up an anything she might want out of life. Truly, to an outside one would look upon her upbringing as almost tyrannical in a way. Although they loved their daughter, TheVanes truly expected (and still do ) a great deal from their daughter and have pushed her to do her best and to be the best at anything she might to.
For as long as she could remember, Romilda ’s life has been filled with schedules and activates. Wither it be Ballet, or Violin Lessons or Study Groups, from the day she could walk her life and time has always been strictly marked out and planed from her. Every last detailed was charted and graphed. 'Everything at it right time and everything in its right place' was the way she was taught to live her life and the way she still does now.
Back when Voldemort had tried to rise to power years before, Mr. Vane had fled to the Muggle World, for he had fallen in love with Romilda Mum. Fearing for his wife and his own safety he had stayed away from the world of his youth, nitching himself a little comfortable life as a muggle. But when Michelle reserved her letter to Hogwarts he found that he knew he couldn't just hid any longer. Although his wife knew (She knew from day one) and he had explain to Michelle when she was old enough about their 'abilities' he knew he was unable to hold her back. That had been one aspect of Michelle life that she was forever questioning her father about. A glimmer of joy would glisten in her large eyes when the little girl would listen to tales of Hogwarts and Diagon Alley and all the magical creatures the world of his forefathers held. And when the girl obtained the letter she was to attend Mr. Vane couldn't bring himself to tell her no, that she couldn’t not attend. Romilda had always been such a good child and even though he had always wanted the best for his daughter, he knew in his heart he couldn’t hold her back. Besides, there truly was no were safer in the world then Hogwarts, so on the Morning of September first, him and his wife pack little Romilda up and brought her to King Cross.
The first few years for Romilda in the Wizarding World were overwhelming to say the lest. Although she had a Wizard Father, Magic had never been something that was used in her household. Actually, the first time the girl witness any sort of Magical happening was when her father walked her threw the barrier of 9 3/4. And when she started to attend classes and began to learn how to use the magic that was within her she was actually a bit frightened yet at awe with it. It truly amazed her that she could learn to change a tea pot into a mouse and that with a particular phrasing of worlds with a swift wave of her wand she could make things float and change size and color. It was astonish and absolutely wonderful to her little eyes! Romilda never imagined that so much could be done with magic, so from day one she drove herself into learning anything and everything she could of it, truly appreciating her gifts that had laid dormant within her for the first eleven years of her life.
As Rommie grew older, her fascinating and driven need to accomplish magic grew stronger as did her need to fit into the word she hadn't known of most of her life. Although accomplished in her studies by her fourth year, she was slowly becoming more interested in the war and her peers. And when the opportunity came for her to join and help with the fight the girl jumped at the opportunity, even if she knew in her heart her mother and father would simply kill her. However, she has nor ever had any intention of telling them of the 'whose' of the Wizarding World, for she knew they would snatch her out of Hogwarts within a blink of an eye!
Personality: Romilda Vane is a very complex character, if not even a bit of a crack pot at times. Although growing up in a very structured home, as she grows older she has slowly began to brake from the idea of regiments and planned out events. It surly has a lot to do with being on her own, not having her overbearing parents watching her every move wail she is at school. In a way, it’s a liberating thing, not having to worry about what her parents would say or do if they knew what she was up to, which in turn seems to cause her to go to an almost extreme at times.
She is passionate, that is for sure and when she gets an idea in her head its hard for her to focus on anything else but that! Romilda is someone who will go threw great length if she believes in something and this comes with every aspect of her life wither it be school, social or politics. She will fight to then end if she believes she is right or wants something badly, even if when it comes down to it she is wrong. She will go ‘blue in the face’ arguing over what she thinks is right and never backs down. Something that gets her into a but of trouble every now and then.
Then there is her outgoing side. The girl is truly a Gryffindor, never one to back down to anyone or anything. She’s loud and almost crude at times, but she makes no apologies for this. Why should she? Romilda is happy with the person she is and can’t see why anyone else wouldn’t see just how amazing she is. Sure, that’s a bit of a conceded point of view, but then, Romilda doesn’t view it as vanity but confidence. She believes she can do anything and that is what gets her threw the day, even if it will turn out to be her downfall in the end.
Character Flaws:

Pansys well sculpted brow shoot up in both shock and utter delight as she heard Gregory respond to her and with quite a bit of cheek as well. Now that was a pleasant surprise! She honestly had never expected him to open his mouth seeing as she hadn't heard him speak one single word to her in years. Normally he would just slouch off, but obviously not this time. Now although at first she was annoyed to see him by her, now, well now that he was challenging her it was quite a different story!
"My my. The dope speaks! I hadn’t thought you were capable of stringing two words together let alone make a sarcastic retort!" She said back to him, her own voice holding a soft chuckle, making it quite obvious just how funny she found the situation Her lips curled up in a wicked grin as she turned to face him completely, resting her chin in her left hand that was now propped casually upon the arm of the chair she occupied.
Really, of all the people to try to start a verbal war with her! One would think that Gregory would know better seeing as he has known her for as long as she could remember! Although Gregory manner always suggested he was a bit of an idiot, Pansy never bought that. She knew just how craft and intelligent he could be, if he tried! So it did come to quite a surprise to her to see him try to push her in such a way! Not that she wasn't enjoying herself, quite the opposite! Pansy had always wanted to get into it with the boy but he never gave her the chance before! But now, oh it was like a gift from Merlin himself! Pansy just couldn't believe her luck and finally, after all the long years she had know Gregory she was going to finally see what he was made of!
Going on, Pansy kept her easy way about her, as though the verbal banter was just that, banter and nothing more! However, if one listened very closely they would be able to pick up on the affront undertones from her apparent aversion.
"Honestly Gregory, normally I do. But you see, sometimes you have to let him run free. I would never dream of smothering him to death!" She said sarcastically but continuing on with his childish giggling, finding the whole suggestion absolute daft! As though to suggest she suffocates Draco in such a way! HA! Well she would if she could but she knew the boy would have no part in that! Pansy was a crafty one, she knew how to deal with one Draco Malfoy, or at least she thought she did. So if her plains for him hadn't got exactly as planed over the past few years! She was getting close and she knew that! And even Gregory attempted wasn't going to bother her. Or at least she wasn't going to let him know that it might! For it didn't. Not one bit! Well, maybe just slightly, but not enough for her to go into rip roaring raging pregnant dog mode!
